Between events, we were entertained with some seriosly cute chibi animation about Craig and Mark on a Quest to destroy the One Shirt. I was hopng for piccies, but alas, the photos came out terribly badly.

And again - Craig had picked Mark up...was it something to do with the Sauron-kills-GG scene?
For the purposes of the audience, Craig and Mark decide to reconstruct the death of Gil-galad. Craig is under the black thing and is playing Sauron, in case the fact escaped you!
...and so Sauron grabbed the High King round the throat and lifted him up, setting fire to him and hurling him across the battlefield. Or somesuch.
One of the most beautiful (and less silly) things from the con - the Elwing costume of Sunday Times fame. It is simply exquisite.
Lawrence (Lurtz, Witchking, Ugly Orc Gothmog...) and Jed demonstrate swordfighting and fight scenes, with the aid of Monty's arrows.
Jed dramatically reconstructs the death of Boromir. Everyone looks deeply grieved by the fall of the great Gondorian.
One of the winners of the 'become an Orc' competition attempts to talk through all that rubber.
