Fandom Meme and Friday 13th

Today wasn't unlucky as in superstitiously unlucky, just a pain in the ass cos it's the dreaded 5th week, it's Friday, and I'm sick of the constant stream of work. Why don't they make term finish 3 days later and just give us a 3-day break in the middle, around 4th or 5th week? It'd improve productivity something amazing!

I've nabbed me some more Drosophila after the last two committed suicide in the golden syrup, and I've gone and bought strawberry jam (mainly for them, but also for me). They would have been killed otherwise, so I say give the little critters a chance.

I just discovered truly how great Uruviel's Argonath Elves site really is. There are so many pretty pictures of pretty elves. *swoon* Squee!
