Busy busy morning!
First I signed up for practicals. Seems to work and the people there were OK with the weird clashes and everything, so am pleased. Now I know when I'm free, and will e-mail my Path supervisor to tell him when I can do supervisions. Once I've worked out a wording that implies Tuesday nights are available in dire need, but I would REALLY rather not do Tuesdays, without hinting that the reason is that I'd rather be eating dinner before heading to CTS than sitting in a supervision.
Then I went to the Fresher's Fair and signed up for lots of things. But that's OK cos I can unsign when I get bored. Got a small number of sweeties from there but not many. A girl from the Krishna Awareness Society tried to co-erce me into joining, but failed miserably. Not because I have anything against Yoga and meditation, but because I get annoyed when people tell me I need to learn to understand myself better and tap into my reserves of natural energy. The simple fact of the matter is that I am happy and bouncy most of time and I don't feel I have internal metaphorical locked doors. /grumble
I spend too much time grumbling these days. I really should cut down.
Also bought me a lovely stand-up mirror for my room (didn't get a bin for the bathroom because I don't feel like paying £4 for one unless I can persuade the others to chip in too!). Oh, and soya mince, because it is one of the most simple and versatile cooking ingredients!
