It's your fault! Because of you I spent three and a half hours craving bacon and maple syrup pancakes today. So I went to the pancake stall and found they didn't do bacon but did do ham. Talked the guy into making me ham and maple syrup. Ate it happily. Then looked down at fluffy turquoise fleece. Had managed to spill maple syrup all the way down it... Sticky!Fleece

Also have begun Christmas Shopping. And am enjoying it!! Weird...
DoS meeting went OK. I bitched about the Pathology course being poorly designed for NatScis, pointed out that I like reading articles. He agreed that Pathology is structured more like an A-level course ("here is the information - learn it"). I bounced about Plant Sciences. I hope I didn't offend him by clearly liking it most of all... I bounced about the Master (he is a REALLY good plant pathologist)... I actually bounced a lot. And talked a lot. My DoS meeting took 20 minutes! Didn't feel persecuted, anyway. Probably sounded a bit defensive as I still resent his prediction of a 2:2 for me, as I am basically a high 2:1 student. Oh, and he informed me that we will be getting an exam in January. Oh, joy...

pincushions for coffee - was nice to see them both. *huggles pair of them* They are lovely.
Cambridge is so pretty at this time of year. A bit like a picture postcard (only picture postcards don't have BBC trucks parked outside King's college).
