I haven't updated for abnormally long...weird.
I've not been especially lucid recently, which probably explains it.
Plants practical was interesting but went on forever cos our group started at 1 instead of 12, therefore don't have a lunch break over which to do the one-hour incubation. Am very glad I didn't go to Path cos I wouldn't have eaten till...well...6:30pm if I had! And if she covered 16 pages in one lecture then there really can't have been that much not in the handout.
Anyhoos...sent Tuxie a silly fluffy ficlet thingy to cheer her up cos she's been having not much fun lately, and I'll post it here...

It seems I need to write a CV. I think I have the start of one somewhere...CV-writing scares me. Why did so many people have to apply for the studentship...?...grrr...
I think I might get myself a Trypanosome LJ icon. Trypanosomes rule. Well, not when you have them, but as organisms they are soooo cool.
Tomorrow is pancake day! *looking forward to it* Enis like pancakes!
Snipped lots of dead bits off my Maranta plant. Either a) it's got too much light (unlikely considering typical light level in bedroom is low) or b) I underwatered it and it's not humid enough in here. I am going for b).
