Also found a little Turkish restaurant round the corner from Clown's. As Nora pointed out, the best way to eat Turkish in Western Europe is actually to go to Germany. But failing that, it might be nice to go to the Turkish one day when I don't mind paying £20 or something per head for dinner.

The Queen is coming tomorrow to open the English Faculty. Poor ASNaCs getting stressed if they have to read Old English or something for her when they're in the middle of exams and want to be revising really. Cambridge overrun with police officers and that blue and white plastic tape to keep bikes off any of the places Her Majesty is likely to see. I am sure she is quite aware of the number of bikes here, really...
