lord_don had a party and it was good. There was a barbeque and lots of fun and cool people. Random chavs kept coming over and asking to have our burgers and sausages. And asking for Don's autograph because they thought he was Jack Osbourne (!!). I loved the company and the burgers and sausages and drink and stuff. The random drunk guy who took a fancy to Don's wonderful pink haired friend was amusing. But a bit scary too. I was kind of glad I am not a babe, was not wearing revealing clothes and did not have pink hair as it meant he wasn't trying to shake hands with me. Don investigated the applications of Lynx spray and candles with regards to making flame-throwers (aka chav-repellents), but only a little bit as accidents would not have been nice! Someone punting went down the rollers (=a series of metal rollers set into the bit of land between the higher bit of the river and the lower bit, to facilitate transferring punts between the two levels) whilst still in the punt and shrieked loudly. Silly punting person.
