(no subject)

And yet again a power cut in the building where I live. There is something dodgy about the power to the ugly concrete buildings...it went out a few weeks ago too.

So...it's 7pm and maintenance will have gone home, so they will have to be called back in unless the Porters can fix it. I am now in the Woodlark computer room which, being at the other end of college, still has full power. I will remain here until I am sure I have power back in my bedroom, at which point I will go back there and have a nice BIG mug of yummy fake coffee and eat Jaffa Cakes and think about getting dinner.

A wonderful thing about places (unlike this) which have a gas cooker - you can still have cooked food when the power is out.

Aah, well, there are always sweeties and radishes...

Oh, and of course, we don't get administrator privileges on college computers so I can't install the plugins needed to make any express web instant messengers work! LOL Today is clearly not designed for Enis!
