Going back once again...

Happy Birthday shenya!!

My bedroom looks empty¹... All my stuff - well, not all, as I chose to leave some of it behind this time - is packed and mostly moved downstairs. We leave for Cambridge at 7:30am tomorrow. *shudders at time*

It's been a wonderful holiday. I've got on really well the parents and so the house has been a nice, happy and relaxing place to be. For once, I am not absolutely desperate to get back to Cambridge, just cos being with parents has been nice.

New Year was spent playing Balderdash² and, as promised, drinking coffee. Also, eating chocolate. It was very civilised and lovely - caught up with some old mates, heard what they've been up to. Had a fantastic time overall.

Brother has been "borrowing" my Firefly DVDs. "It's very watchable," he says. I'm glad he's happy. :) He had a nosebleed earlier this evening...and now I've got one. Gah. Maybe there's something up with the air pressure.

¹Some people would term this "tidy". I just think it looks kind of lost...
²Which really is a supremely awesome game. It's a great opportunity to be creative, I think!
