*bouncing in general*

Lots of people are having birthdays, getting older and that sort of thing at the moment. I'm going to put a big scroll banner for them all:

Happy Birthday Yay Cool People!!

These include tuxedo_elf (of course - her cards are just over there *points to coffee table* so I can't really forget!), mirien and eveiya today, and tolliel, hermeneut_me, trinity_gal and fiona_kitty in the last week or so, but I was too inept to shout out!

I'm having lots of fun at Tux's place. Weather is divine. She has this really cool garden. I love it! It has a slow worm in, squeeeee!

I'll probably post a burfday fic later... *grins*

Birthday fic for Tux: Return to Me

OK, so Tux's birthday is over now. A year ago, for her birthday in 2005, I started a fic for her as a gift. Bunnies dried up before I got beyond a page and a half! But Tux being Tux, she kept nagging, so I determined I'd get it done in time for her birthday 2006. And so I did, even if I only typed up the last page on the train on Tuesday!

It's not been beta'd, so if there are bits that make you cringe, please whack me and I'll correct them before inflicting this fic on the lists!
