Wrote last couple of pages of All I Have Left in bed last night. Wow, that feels like the end of an era. Writing the final lines there at the end was so sad and nostalgic. I'll miss those Elves...
This accounts for why I am knackered today, of course. And why I'm coming in at 10 and leaving at 6 rather than keeping more normal hours! Extra lie in sort of crucial to actually functioning.
Staying late means I won't make it to Aikido. But that doesn't bother me much, as I'm getting increasingly aware of all the things they should teach but don't, and thus I am becoming a Grumpy Old Woman.
