Loo seats

It has become apparent that my female flatmate finds it horribly horribly obnoxious when men leave the toilet seat up after using the loo. This baffles me somewhat, as I have never viewed it as a big deal in any way, and of all the ways life conspires to waste my time, the 0.5 seconds, if that, required to lower a toilet seat is not the most important or significant. Nonetheless, toilet sea etiquette seems to be a great source of ire and argument to many. Thus, I will investigate the matter using that great too, the LJ poll.
