31 March 2008 14:39I don't usually go updating LJ during work-time (if I didn't ban myself from LJ at work I'd honestly probably never get any work done) but I'm stuck at home waiting on a heating engineer who it turns out is basically never going to arrive, so I am going to RANT.
Do not ever use ReactFast for your plumbing and heating problems. They are AWFUL. Every customer service rep tells you a different thing. The prices go up every time you talk to them. The plumbers/engineers come late, and go to gets parts and then never come back, and don't tell you they're not coming back. They drag you out of bed at 9 in the morning on a Saturday to tell you an engineer is on his way, and said engineer doesn't arrive till 2 hours later.
Basically, I hate ReactFast. Hate hate hate.
ETA: They also tell your landlady one thing and you another thing and your engineer another thing, don't seem to know whether they've had a deposit or not, don't seem to know whether they need a deposit or not, and never phone back when they've said they will.
I think I am sufficiently peed off now that I will see about overcoming my substantial laziness and writing an angry letter to their complaints department.
