8 February 2004 11:06I'm really happy. I just keep going around with this inane grin on my face. It's nice.
Male or female?
- Female
Single/Committed/Married/Poly?
- Committed - ooh, I like that word. It doesn't discriminate against people who've only been going out for a little while but are still really happy together.
Orientation?
- Bi, and very pleased to discover it :)
Star sign?
- Gemini. To reflect my split personality
Religion?
- Alternates between atheist and pagan depending on how much I believe it. I have a pantheon of 2-6 god(esse)s. And they do a pretty good job, all things considered.
Occupation?
- Student by day, slasher the rest of the time :p
Describe your perfect partner
- There's really only one good answer to that question, who happens to live upstairs ;) But failing that, I suppose I could settle for an aristocratic golden-haired Balrog-slayer! At least, so long as he had a good sense of humour, was reasonably laid-back, with a nice positive attitude (I'd never be able to date a whiner), could talk enough to keep up with me, was bouncy enough that I didn't tire him out and would give me all nice hugs and kisses when I was nervous or sad.
What have you learnt from previous relationships?
- 1. Communication is everything. You both need to know what makes you happy and what doesn't and act on it.
2. The first kiss is the acid test. If after that, you just have to wipe your mouth and wash it out with lots of water, end the relationship ASAP.
3. Give each other some space even when you're together - you don't have to be physically attached all the time.
How do you spend your spare time?
- Write slash, read slash, update LJ, chat on any of several IMs :) At home I'd go to Aikido 2-3 times a week and go horse-riding once a week, but riding is just sooo expensive here, and I never seem to get round to doing Aikido. Also, I feed the ducks (yay!) and Erestor the black swan, and go for walks/go to the Bird in Hand with Kate :)
