enismirdalOK, my internet hates me again and is conspiring to turn me into a social recluse with no friends. It appears that my offline messages and e-mails are once again showing a worrying tendancy to vanish into the abyss of nothingness.

Back to the bees. The bees are stupid and useless at the moment - they are half-starved, not because we are underfeeding them, but because they aren't foraging. The food is there, not at all hard to find, but they just won't get it! Thus today was spent dribbling sugar solution down cocktail sticks practically into the middle of the nest, and making weird contraptions from lemonade bottles for next week, when we have a new, decent colony.
