Date: 1 May 2004 21:21 (UTC)Yeah, FF.net is fanfiction.net, hail ye archive of everything from the crappest 11 year old's attempts to rewrite Harry Potter to some awesome stuff by truly amazing authors who should be worshipped as Gods.
Ezras being one such God (or technically, Goddess). The increasingly popular contraction of Ezra's Persian Kitty, an astonishingly talented slash author from NY, as far as I know, who has written many of my favourite fics ever, including the poignant This Silence (http://www.melethryn.net/E/thissilence.txt) which is quite simply my favourite fic ever. She is also a gifted, if rather unorthodox artist (http://www.libraryofmoria.com/fanart/quintessentialcounselor.jpg) (work-safe). And to add to my eternal respect and adoration for her, she gave me permission to write a sequel to This Silence which is finished and currently being beta-read, with expectations of being in a presentable state in the next fortnight or so.
Ooops, methinks I may be a little obsessed!

Date: 2 May 2004 10:25 (UTC)With Ezras this was never a problem, because her readers knew what to expect and didn't care. But obviously some embittered slashophobe has found her page and reported her, so they took the ccount down.
Which is silly, as in truth Ezras tends to over-warn readers, if anything. I mean, I doubt I'd have bothered with all the warnings at the start of Feral Form, and she wrote a veritbale essay in the 'warnings' section for Sin To Stir The Soul.
