Imagine an entire town centre swarming with boys in tuxes and girls in evening dresses. Tuxes on bikes, tuxes escorting evening dresses, evening dresses perched on random walls putting on shoes. That is what Cambridge looks like right now.

Good, isn't it. Very idiosyncratic though. Very 1930s in a way, and very not. Contradictions crossed with certain correctness. The paradox of the place that time forgot, in which tradition takes only three years to establish.
