Last night did babysitting, earned 15 easy squids for sitting for 3 hours watching The King and I, which is a great movie that I haven't seen for ages anyway. Also wrote and stuff.

Today, went to local animal sanctuary open day, entered tombolas (was trying for Bailey's but won Amé and Bubble Bath instead...oh well). Entered raffle, but suspect that have not won. Nevermind. Bought teddy (as a protest against Avvie saying it's silly - I'm not the one with every computer game in existence!). Well, it was 30p. Hardly a major investment! Also, brough passport so I could prove I was 0ver 18 and go to the beer tent. Wandered around with a can of Boddies being fascinated by the widget. Those things really are very interesting.
Total money spent: ~£7
Total stuff acquired: 1 teddy (small), 1 teddy (teeny), 1 bottle Amé, 1 bottle Foam Bath, 1 set of make-up brushes, 1 can Boddington's (consumed).
All revenue to supporting the fluffy bunnies and cute ponies.

I must admit, their tack was in a MUCH better condition than the tack at the riding school. Go them! Seems like a nice place. Picked up an application form in case I want to volunteer.

A giant factory. Yes. I can see that some long assembly line where the workers insert annoying traits at random. Sadistic bastards, all of them. (the workers, that is) Some of their combinations really are amazing.
