Soufflé today

enismirdalI am making soufflé.
I am good at them, but a lot of yolks tend to get broken when I do them. Broken yolks are useless for soufflés, as any fat in the egg white stops it whipping up properly. These eggs are put aside for other uses. So my brother is having an omlette for dinner, hehe.
Also, in the process of cutting the Parmesan (which was VERY hard), I was holding the knife too close to the blade and it cut through the Parmesan then cut through my finger too. Ooops. Unusual to cut a finger on the hand holding the knife. Hehe.
Decided it would be logical to add LJ posts containing my fics to 'memories' and am in the process of doing so, go me :)
Also, fell asleep on the lawn for an hour, which was nice :)
