I got an e-mail in my experimental-identity's e-mail account today:

Riiiight.

1. That e-mail is only displayed on AFF.net and FF.net. Therefore, they either got it from a random generator, or peeled it off a site, most likely AFF.net.
2. Their site looks 'respectable', i.e. not one to endorse fanfiction.
3. Their site looks 'respectable', i.e. not one to endorse gay romance and erotica.
4. I only use that pseudonym to write experimental stuff, often of a rather lacking quality. It is NOT good.

Ergo, I have no idea why they have e-mailed me about this; has anyone else received anything similar?

I got one too and I'm not even young. They're clearly just harvesting bucketloads of addresses without checking the accounts that they're attached to. They don't even archive fiction, as far as I can tell.
