Flibble! :D
20 September 2004 01:50Hope you had a great day, and I hope to run into you at a social or something once I'm back in Cam :) Technically, it's now the 20th, I guess...but my day runs 10am to 2am anyway.
I got a weird prank call from someone, that went something like:
*Ring Ring*
Me: Hello?
Other person: Hello. I am looking for a Mr Wong.
Me: There's no Mr Wong here...you must have a wrong number.
OP: Wong number? Tihs is Wong number? You Mrs Wong?
Me: No...
OP: Do you like guinea pigs?
Me: Yes...not to eat, though.
Me: *laughing* Who are you?
OP: Not to eat?
Me: No
OP: Do you like quails?
Me: They're cute - but I wouldn't eat them.
(At this point, I wonder if my mum and brother have had a few and if it's them, so I sneak downstairs. It's not)
OP: Quail and chips?
Me: No, not with chips.
OP: Are you a saucy bitch?
Me: Well...I don't think I'm very saucy...
OP: *is laughing now*
Me: *giggling hysterically* But since we're talking about food, I've been looking for some new tofu recipes lately...
OP: Tofu?
Me: Yes, tofu. Don't you like tofu?
OP: I don't eat tofu. You eat tofu? Tofu and chips?
Me: Erm...not with chips...
OP: Tofu and chips!
{A bit where OP went on for a bit, but I couldn't catch what he was on about, so I just nodded and agreed}
OP: You like to take it up the ass?
Me: *giggles inanely*
OP: You like you boyfriend to take it up the ass? You got a boyfriend?
Me: Yes, I have a boyfriend.
OP: He like you take it up the ass? You want me to take you up the ass?
Me: Probably not wise...
{I can't remember how it ended; I think I said something slightly freaky and then they rang off...}
I don't know who it was...I have a suspicion...
EDIT: I was right - it was
3 days without coffee, and I've only had one headache so far; I'm doing well!
Oh, and I came over all creative last night and started on an original genfic, kind of sad, lamenting...a bit poignant. I'll have to continue that, cos the words just slid off the pencil on to the page, and it was a good feeling. It's been a while since writing was quite so easy.
What else? Oh, Stargate SG-1 was hilarious, and my mum was making Yorkshire puds for dinner. So I used the leftover batter for pancakes and had yummy syrup pancakes. Hooray! *cue much lip-smacking*
I'm going to bed now :)
