I think I've desensitised myself by repeated exposure. I was conscious throughout an entire Pathology lecture -does that count? :)

Ugh, I know the feeling. My DH loves filter coffee, but I can't stand the stuff! It was much worse when I was pregnant...Many years ago, thank ghod!
