You want to sleep at sensible times? Then first you must sleept extremely unsensibly to shock adjust your sleep schedule:
1) Sleep 2 hours
2) Do not let yourself nap, no matter what (preferably without resorting to caffeine)
3) Fall asleep all tired next night
It's my standard method ^^
