I am so f'ing jealous that you would not believe. I have 49 of my 50 used and want to make more Elf ones, but don't want to delete any of my kitty ones. I thought that only the Permanent accounts got 100. *sniffles sadly and crawls under computer table to pout*

Update. Strike that first remark. I just checked my user pic page and I have 100 too. Serious squeeeing going on here in Dallas now. I think that the Alfie has struck again. I had the extra use pics and paid account thanks to a good friend who bought a Permanent account and told the LJ folks to give me her leftover time, since she'd just updated a month earlier.

If you want me to make you any Icons/User Pics, just holler. I don't know how to do those bugs/microscopic organisms that you're so partial to, but I do love playing around with the Elves, so long as they are male.

No, it's a general upgrade, I think, for all paid users. Probably LJ trying to stay competitive with GJ and the likes.

Pretty new icons welcomed, of course (I just pull my science geek piccies off Google or departmental websites and crop/resize/recolour). Thanks for offering!

Ah! Mine, too! I saw everyone mentioning it today and figured they'd just opened up a new option for paid accounts and that everyone was just paying for new icon space. But they just did it just to be nice!?

Gee, I'm kinda ticked. 100 icons was one reason I paid for a permanent account...hmmmm...maybe they'll up those to 200 *grin*

I never thought I'd use 100, but I have 92 right now, and have had 100 in there, just cleaned house a little bit ago.
