OK, my internet hates me again and is conspiring to turn me into a social recluse with no friends. It appears that my offline messages and e-mails are once again showing a worrying tendancy to vanish into the abyss of nothingness.

Therefore, if you contact me and I don't reply, I am certainly not in a huff with you or anything like that! Odds are, either:

• I received your message in whatever form, replied either via e-mail or IM, but it hasn't reached you cos of the Evil Abyss eating it first.
  
• The Evil Abyss wasn't even that kind, and ate up your message before it reached me.

Thus in these eventualities, I'd suggest poking me in an LJ comment and/or e-mailing my college e-mail address if you have that!

*kicks Abyss hard*

Back to the bees. The bees are stupid and useless at the moment - they are half-starved, not because we are underfeeding them, but because they aren't foraging. The food is there, not at all hard to find, but they just won't get it! Thus today was spent dribbling sugar solution down cocktail sticks practically into the middle of the nest, and making weird contraptions from lemonade bottles for next week, when we have a new, decent colony.

Actually I haven't seen you on MSN at all for about a year. You changed your ID or something, or are you hiding from me? :P

Still same ID, but I only use it very rarely if at all, and to be honest I keep basically everyone on there blocked unless I need to get in touch with them specifically (I got to this point where I'd have 6 people ping me at once and none of them actually had anything to say - the downside of MSN not allowing conversations whilst your status is invisible). It's not that you've mortally offended me or anything, don't worry! *huggles* I just hide and lurk compulsively on every IM I own.
