Today I have taken:

Paracetamol 2
Ibuprofen 2
Hall's Soothers 3
Multivitamin 1
Wild Fennel tea 1

Am seriously considering purchasing zinc as well, if it's really that good...

Conclusion - I'm still not well (which does not bode well for the assessed practical this afternoon). However, I'm so heavily doped up that you could probably do an appendectomy on me and I wouldn't feel a thing.

Ewww, and I still have to finish those stoopid write-ups.

Sorry to be so depressive - I promise I'll stop moaning as soon as I'm better!

Get the big bottle of zinc lozenges. Not sure if you have them there, but here we do. My bottle is made by the Sundown company, but I'm sure there's other brands.
