Trends essay at 2200 words. A final push this evening to make it 2500 and I will be content!

I am possibly silly - after having acknowledged I'm pushing exhaustion point, I go and pull a 21-hour day. Aah well, I slept in till half past 2 today to make up for it, and I feel peaceful, organised and comparatively awake.

Yesterday was a very very long, very very expensive but very, very fun day. CTS coach party may (and are probably entitled to) laugh when I tell them I got back to my room at 11:15pm. However, the seats in trains are comfier, and I got another page or two of AIHL* written (which couldn't have happened on a roadgoing vehicle). I will write up Saturday when I'm feeling industrious.

There was also the EU Elf masquerade, which was fantastic and lots of fun, and also slightly ironic in a generally encouraging way. *grins* Hopefully a who's who list will be circulated soon! :D :D

Apparently one of my high school PE teachers collapsed and died recently. Which made me sad, as he got married to an English teacher while I was still at the school, and they had a baby together I think. He was only 30-something. He didn't teach me much, as most PE lessons at that school were split-sex, with male teachers for boys and female teachers for girls, but I mostly preferred the male teachers.

*This probably doesn't sound like much, but at the rate AIHL progresses... It might also be worthwhile for me to point out that only about 50% of the AIHL that exists has been beta'd and posted. I could prepare and post more chapters, but I'm lazy and I like the buffer of having ~5-6 written but unposted chapters!

*hee* I think Claudio might post the reveal today, at least, I think we should all bug him mercilessly until he does! But...I think I know now who everyone was...I was puzzled about two characters until I found out that Jai was there...so now I'm sure I know who you were, since she had to have been the other mystery :D

Hehehe, cool! Having never been to a thing like this before (and not having been sure who was there and who wasn't), I really didn't guess very many at all, but it was hilarious nonetheless! :D

I am personally PERISHING to know who everyone was.... I have my ideas, but OH I wanna know.... *g*

I'm glad you signed up! The masquerades are lots of fun, and it's cool to get a chance to play someone you otherwise can't. :-)

Hugs,
Jasta

The masquerade was AWESOME, and the irony of a certain Gildor and Haldir turning up to be the OTP of the same fic, was hillarious! :-D

Go Faffin!

And go Celeborn too!

That was sooo funny and cool! But hey - I guess it proves something, if they managed to find each other all over again when put in a game together!
