Can't really say much about interview.

It happened.

I don't know if it went well or not. I don't really have a point of reference.

They'll tell me next week what they decide.

Someone else got interviewed after me.

Lab is amazing, students are adorable, generally got very good impression of the lab, department, uni, campus.

I think I might have mild heat exhaustion. So, so tired and the beginnings of a headache. Tried to keep well hydrated while I was out, but did walk about 5 miles in the gorgeous sunshine.

I sleep now.

QMUL in Northeast London. Actually, the area is lovely - it might have been a bit shabby a few years ago, but it looks like a lot of money has been ploughed into making it nice and clean and pretty again. There's a park by the canal which is just delightful.

Normally I would say that AFF is bored and would happily offer to persuade QMUL that you are an ideal candidate to study organic self propelled artillery pieces. Unfortunately AFF is not bored and I am not allowed to dissipate their effort at the moment. You'll have to rely upon your bee related enthusiasm which should stand you in good stead.
