RIP Said and Done

It's all over. Said and Done seemed to be working fine, albeit backwards, until it got caught in the cassette player again last night. I snipped and restuck it, but this morning it finally gave up the ghost. Magnetic tape everywhere, Ronan stuck cycling between the first few bars of Coming Home Now and the last few bars of Believe, a click, a whizzing noise and a final gurgle. I've hung it on my wall - it looks quite kitsch, with all the long black 'streamers' hanging from it. Quite the modern art :)

This is the Music God punishing me for my bad taste.

I think I'll get a CD.

You're most welcome to do so. I'm into soppy romance, sweet, sweet melodies and lots of general gayness.

Although I admit that I was simply intending to get a Said and Done CD to replace the now-dead tape. Still, Girly will tell you I need to diversify my music interests.
