enismirdalI had all the best intentions of doing some valuable revision today, really I did.
But then it all went to pot, and I ended up writing and succumbing to the lure of FF.net, which is absolutely full of rubbish, but if you search the right way, you can find some really good stuff.
But do you know how many Raistlin/Caramon fics I've read that were actually good? One. A single one. Either I'm looking in the wrong places (possible, I grant) or there really isn't any. Odd, really.
But, there have been many good newses today, including:
The only thing I can think of that is less than good (aside from distantly looming exams) is the fact that our Physiology lecturer appeared to teach us the same lecture today as he did just before Christmas. I ended up writing instead of falling asleep, which was fine, except I suspect this may prove to be like last time, when he reaches the hard stuff at about the same point as he realises he has to cover two lecturefulls of work in one lecture.
Oh, and the Evolution and Behaviour lecturer is absolutely monkey-obsessed. And I'm more of a planty person these days. Probably something wrong with me, but I've never been a monkey-fancier.
It's really hot here. Really hot, as in T-shirt wearing weather. As in, 20 degrees. I want my woolly jumpers back!!

- The really poor lecturer who was meant to be taking Quantitive Biology this term apparently isn't. Or not for a while, anyway. This is the guy who lectured us back in October/November and got about a zillion complaints.
- So instead we have a different lecturer who actually makes sense.
- No QB practical this afternoon
- No QB supervision
- No Physiology practical until May 12th
- Sunshine
