First job: babysitting ("person-sitting", my mum calls it; the person in question being 37 and Down's rather than 8 and screaming).
First screen name: Sehlat (I'm a recovered Trekker)
First funeral: Grandfather on my dad’s side. In November. It was really quite fun because he banned all moping.
First pet: Lily, a blue-eyed white Netherland Dwarf bunny. Died aged 10 after prolonged illness.
First piercing/tattoo: Ears, aged 8.
First credit card: Still don't have one. Use a Visa Electron or Solo.
First kiss: Aged 14, for a dare. Pretty ghastly - I was accused of kissing like a goldfish, which fortunately seems to have since improved.
First enemy: This girl at school called Faye who threw my pink cardigan in the dirt and broke a button on it!
First favorite musician: Aaagh! No, I won't tell! Never!

OK, OK, it was Cliff Richard. I see you laughing, but I blame my upbringing.

Last car ride: A week ago, coming to Cambridge with a boot full of my beloved junk.

Last library book: Statistics for the Social Sciences - it's the only kind of stats that actually makes sense.
Last movie watched: Hercules!
Last beverage drank: Coffee, as always!
Last food consumed: Lunch - English muffin/cheese/paté. Is that normal student food?
Last phone call: Can't remember. Possibly to Laura about driving to Orielton.
Last time showered: This morning.
Last CD played: *checks CD player* Affirmation - Savage Garden. Played my Placebo tape more recently, though.

It seems a reasonable way of giving people who haven't met me in RL some information about me without me having to go into tons of detail or start giving out my home address. So there we are. Nellas is taller than me *giggle* Although most of you would no doubt point out that everyone tends to be taller than me. *grins*

Hi hon, and thanks for the flowers. But I'm afraid this meme is not my very own fantastic creation, only I can't remember where I nicked it, no matter how hard I try. *^_^*
As for size, well, we all know that it doesn't really matter when it comes to the truly important things.
My mom and grandma both are 5'2'', and anyone who knows them has a hell of respect - and that's not because of their size, let me tell you!
So, being scolded isn't less frightening because it comes at you from below, in fact, it makes you bow your head from the beginning! *g*
Take heart, most people are too tall for their own good, just think of all the backache and spinal problems. There, that should make you feel all better!

Aw, thanks sweetie *hugs* My martial arts Sensei is 4'11", and woe betide anyone who crosses her. When she gets annoyed, no-one is immune. She's currently on a campaign to teach men to respect small women in martial arts, which is resulting in a couple of (well-deserved) bruised noses/wrists and even more bruised egos. She's a fantastic woman because she really is scared of nothing.

Small is great, I must say. The only time is sucks is when I'm trying to change a lightbulb in a room with a very high ceiling XD
