I'll nicknaath's vote of Tinuvial Persuit, Mao (having played it once), Twister (it's a sort of board!), Scrabble, Blackjack/Pontoon (they're practically the same!)

Solitaire, Free Cell, Minesweeper, Tetris, Oddballz (sorry - I can think of soooo many great things to do on a computer, I don't have much time for games)
