enismirdalI discovered that there is another 7:30 on a Sunday which isn't in the evening. It's when it's still almost dark and I feel like a zombie. But had to be eating breakfast at this otherworldy time in order to appear at boat club at 8:30 to cox ladies' VIII. Except 2 of ladies did not turn up.
So I also discovered that when you have a boat with 6 women, and 2 men who are both rowing on the same side, it doesn't go straight. Consequently minor collisions with tree and bank. But considering have coxed VIIIs on not many occasions, overall the outing went OK. Also, not too cold and not wet.
Have finally got round to seeing X-Men 2. Cyclops = good, good, good. *happy gurgle* Cannot understand those persons who claim to like Wolverine. Would anyone like to clarify this matter? How can a hairy growly guy with metal claw things be sexy?
Thought Pyro's nifty tricks with flames were nifty. Have decided pet Pyro and pet Magneto would be very useful.
Today: Matrix Reloaded. I know it's meant to be bad, but I need to see it so when I go and see Matrix Revolution at IMAX tomorrow, I know what's going on. And I know Matrix Revolution's supposed to be worse, if anything, but I'm not paying for the ticket and it's at IMAX, so I'd be a fool to refuse.
