This is ridiculous. My body is reacting to the heat by shutting down. I got a perfectly good 8 hours' sleep last night, and I'm ready to fall asleep and have another 8 hours. My muscles don't work - can't type properly, keep dropping stuff, manual dexterity of zero.

As edith_the_hutt was saying, what's wrong with a nice cold, rainy Northern climate where everything is...well, nice and cold and rainy?

Sweetie... ok here is a plan. It is a highly cunning pln and makes you feel human.

1. Open both your window, and your door. That way you see there is actually a lovely breeze!
   
2. Get a washing up bow full of cold water and put your feet in it. It is so incredibly nice.
