Yay for 100Mb of Yahoo storage space!

*smiles*

Also, yay for Avvie who is fantastic :D

Also, yay!

I've assessed what I've been eating over the last few days and come to the inevitable conclusion that I'm going to have to keep a careful watch on myself. In order to maintain a reasonable state of functionality (is that even a word?), it's normally necessary to eat a minimum of 2 balanced meals a day, right? Yes...I should try that. *resolves to do so*

I propose that the 24 hour day is abandoned in favour of a superior and more useful 38-hour day. It would give much more time for

  • doing stuff
  • spodding
  • sleeping

May Week is majorly mad. It's a lot of fun (company being excellent *winks at several people*), but I might hide when this occurs next year. Taking up all my social energy.

functionality (is that even a word?)

Functionality is a perfectly sensible word that I use most days - but then I'm a software engineer after all, and (new) functionality is one of the most important things that I have to consider.

And *stern*, yes, you must eat (sensible) meals. At least *three* (small) meals per day! (IME, it's usually considered better by dieticians and other medical people to eat small, frequent meals.) If you can't face a "proper" meal, bananas and/or a bowl of cereal* are a good substitute.

*Well, *I* think they are sensible in their own right. Other people disagree ;-). These same people disagree that biscuits are a valid meal, whereas frankly I think there are merits in considering them a food group in their own right...

If I can just be awkward, dieticiand don't appear to be able to agree on anything, or keep their mind straight for five years. It's not that long ago that eating two (comparatively) large meals, and a small breakfast was recommeneded. And before that other things...

Were these dieticians really saying that to people who can't manage much food?! I'm quite shocked! I guess I must have been very lucky as a pre-teen to have gone to doctor/dietician that told my parents *not* to try to make me eat more food in one meal than my body could handle.
