I phoned them yesterday, as I haven't got mine either. They have been delayed - though they couldn't tell me why - but they said we should get them by the 20th. Cutting it fine, aren't they?
Well, the site mentioned something about some Festival events needing extra security checks on tickets, causing delays...*shrugs*
20th is not great, as I won't be at home from the 19th. I'll have to get a neighbour to text/phone me if an 'Access All Areas' envelope arrives while I'm away. *grumbles at extra hassle*
Well the guy I spoke to (If it was a guy, sounded more like a robot...) said if they're not with you by the 20th, to call them. Hopefully they'll arrive before you go...
