Today I saw the first celandines in flower

Consequently I am designating today Glorfindel's Day, as per BOLT II: "...when spring set celandine in the meads and they had held sad festival in memorial of Glorfindel..." Now I'm quite certain Glorfindel would not approve of widespread moping on his account, so instead I've become unbelievably magnanimous and started buying random presents. All persons supplying me with a delivery address are most welcome to share in the present-receiving, as it's always worth giving the Most Gorgeous Noldo Ever a decent party.

I will be indulging in much wine and such things tonight, I'm sure :)

So today is dedicated by Eni to that most fair and noble Elf of Gondolin, and all that he stands for (and I will leave that to your most fertile imaginations). Go Glorfindel! :)
